This evenings practical session encouraged members to come along with a few items that had been listed and to make up a construction which supported spring flowers in tubes, the base being a hanging basket.

Workshop leaders Sue Gibbons and Bernice Blandford split the mini demonstration Sue making up the construction and Bernice describing the different types, styles and coverings of tubes and how best to secure along with some of the pitfalls.

It was a lovely social evening with plenty of chatter and 14 members taking part in the activity. We had a delightful Spring display and Marina Dewey kindly summed up at the end of the evening all of which can be seen below;
