Members and visitors alike greatly enjoyed being back in the Harlington Centre, trade tables attracted interest as everyone bustled with great expectation for our Christmas presentation with Stephen McDonnell after a three year absence.
The stage was set with interesting structures and as Stephen worked on his fabulous designs he entertained us all with his amusing stories and wicked sense of humour. His choice of flowers were beautiful and the use of unusual foliage to compliment was from garden and glass house. These designs were then cleverly incorporated into the structures already staged and were the perfect backdrop for his stunning floral designs.
The stage looked amazing at the end of the evening with the star curtain really setting the scene for the floral arrangements it was truly as his title ……..Absolutely Fabulous.
Our thanks and gratitude must go to the staff at the Harlington Centre who helped make this a very successful event for our club.
