Susan Tausig gave a very bright and beautiful demonstration to our 43 members and guests attending last Thursday's virtual meeting.  Susan, very cleverly, bought all her flowers from local supermarkets, showing us that good quality blooms can be purchased on the high street.  She was also very canny with getting foliage from her obliging neighbours.  Susan produced four different designs full of flowers and even had some leftover to make two hand tied bouquets.  As Susan lives in Croydon, we were unable to collect her designs, which she distributed to neighbours and local people who have had a difficult time during the pandemic.  Our Chairman, Sue Gibbons, has received several calls over the last couple of days from delighted recipients of the flowers which is lovely to hear.
